The BRIO MRS company is an exhibitor at HI-TECH BUILDING 2021

At the end of October, the 20th International exhibition HI-TECH BUILDING 2021 was held at the Moscow Expocenter as part of the Russian Industrial Week.

This event is the only professional platform of the building automation market in Russia and the CIS, where key manufacturers, equipment suppliers, integrators and customers meet each year to exchange experience in the field of building automation, smart houses, smart cities and energy saving.

The business program, as always, turned out to be rich. As part of the conference “Digitization of Real Estate Properties”, in addition to the presentation of new technologies in automation and operation of buildings, leading project owners, real estate developers and complex solution manufacturers discussed key trends in the real estate market, including “passive house” and “green building” technologies, the introduction of innovative solutions into the real estate industry and their effectiveness, as well as the prospects of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies in apartment blocks management, and the role of digitalization in the development of the construction industry and housing and public utilities in general.

The BRIO MRS company has been participating in HI-TECH BUILDING for the second year. The team presented its innovative developments – the Mixed reality platform BRIO MRS and the multifunctional tracking system BRIO RTS – at the collective stand of the Skolkovo Foundation.

BRIO Mixed Reality System (MRS) is a software and hardware complex that allows you to automate the construction process and control the quality of construction and installation works. Using the Industry 4.0 technology stack (CV, AR/MR, AI) the solution is a tool for working with a BIM project in real time without using paper drawings; it guarantees effective interaction between the office and the construction site, and the exchange of up-to-date project data.

The second solution BRIO Radio Tracking System (RTS) is a multifunctional employee and equipment tracking system that allows you to increase labor productivity and production rate, reduce injuries and enhance the overall efficiency of employees. The smart solution, a wearable tag, provides an opportunity both to track the movement of personnel and monitor the health of employees; it prevents possible injuries, which increases occupational safety, meanwhile automates management processes at the enterprise.

We express our gratitude to the organizers and the Skolkovo Foundation for the opportunity to present our developments, share our case history and discuss the digitalization of the construction industry.
