Pilot implementation of The BRIO MRS platform at the «Datskiy kvartal» — the project of Group of companies FSK
Build UP accelerator is created by the Skolkovo Foundation together with leaders of the Russian development market: GC FSK, Gals Development, GC CORTROS and GC OSNOVA.
The key goals of the accelerator are exploration, selection, development and rapid implementation of innovative technologies of startup projects in order to increase speed and cut the cost of construction; improve efficiency of real estate operation, as well as achieve security and improve the quality of life of citizens.
The BRIO MRS platform of Mixed Reality was among 20 best projects that made it to the finals.
Under the Build UP accelerator the BRIO MRS platform was implemented into the construction monitoring process of a residential building №3 at the residential complex «Datskiy kvartal» designed by GC FSK.
GS FSK is one of the biggest construction companies in Russia, which form top 10 list of most reliable developers of Russia according to Forbes Magazine. A vertically integrated structure of the company allows to design and construct a project of any complexity in the short term by their own efforts.
During the pilot implementation, which took in total 2 weeks, at the underground parking zone of the residential building №3 at the residential complex «Datskiy kvartal» a test site was created with a total area of 7500 m2. As a result, the «plan-fact» analysis of engineering systems was conducted by applying the BRIO MRS platform.
GC FSK specialists evaluated the functionality of the BRIO MRS platform, as well as its usability and promising future.

Based on the results of the implementation of the BRIO MRS platform together with FSK engineers a new business process of prompt quality control of construction and installation works has been developed, allowing to identify violations that can’t be defined by the traditional method.
Due to early identification of problem areas and violations we can reduce reconstruction risks and shifting of completion dates, along with the cut of high labor intensity over the managing process that, in general, allows to minimize budget overrun.
In the future, GC FSK is considering the full implementation of the BRIO MRS platform integrated with the Autodesk BIM 360 system. Thereby, the pilot implementation at the FSK project has proved the efficiency of the BRIO MRS platform for solving tasks of quality control of construction and installation works.
